At MISS LOLA, we want you to be completely obsessed with your purchase, but we understand if things don't always work out. If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return your items for store credit within 30 days of the delivery date.

Check Eligibility

Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that beauty products, bodysuits, and final sale items are non-returnable.

Start Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue your MISS LOLA store credit via email within 5-7 business days.
